Black Bears is for recreational riders ages 10-14 who enjoy a mix of skills, group rides & adventures! Our Black Bear riders are a diverse & growing group! This program of recreational-paced, no-drop, fun games, and treasure hunts seeks to support a wide range of riders and abilities. We have new trails for this group and awesome coaches!

Mandatory for Participation:

• A modern, working mountain bike (xc / trail / enduro), capable of riding on intermediate offroad terrain, uphill & downhill

• 26″ wheels or larger

• Carry an extra tube for your wheel size

• Helmet, closed-toe shoes and appropriate layers of clothing for the weather

• Backpack with Snack, and water in a bottle carried on the bike or in the rider’s pack
